Make your own Wine Cork Reindeer
Okay, I might be a little late to this party, but when I saw what I could do with over 5 years worth of wine corks, I had to try it. Wine cork reindeer are my make-a-gift for this season. I tried several different techniques and this is the one that worked best for me with what I had on hand.
Unfold the paper clips, cut them with pliers, and stick them into the body of your cork. I predrilled tiny holes using my Dremel tool. Again, its not necessary but if you have one, use it. If you don't put it on your wish list because it does a lot of small jobs chubby fingers have a hard time doing.
Use a hot glue when assembling other corks to the body. The paper clips create a grip for moveable parts.
Decorate your reindeer by hot gluing googly eyes, puffs, and fuzzy pipe cleaners.
Tie a piece of jute to the middle section for easy hanging.
